Baity Kitchen Summer Garden Party - Mood = Celebration
This month, Baity Kitchen opened it's doors to friends old and new to celebrate Summer, our garden in bloom and our successful first few months of trading! The sun shone for us as we all feasted on canapes and cocktails and looked forward to a fruitful future of Baity Kitchen!

Feel good food... Mood = Happy!
We thought it fitting, being summer and all, to have a look at different types of food that could boost your mood, improve your sleep, reduce stress levels and just lift your spirits generally (especially after a late night).
Bananas: Most people are a bit wary of bananas as they have high natural sugar levels, but what you might not know is it contains tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin. Serotonin, otherwise known as the happy hormone, can improve your mood and help regulate your appetite, now who wouldn’t want more of that?
