Baity means 'My Home' in Arabic and this totally represents what my new place is about. Home cooking with a twist. It has taken a lot of blood sweat and tears to make this happen and boy does it feel good. So after one week of no sleep and work work work, Baity has been going from strength to strength.
Zinc topped tables, with aquamarine chairs and beautiful paintings by Doris Riachy have made the place feel like home. The garden has been beautifully designed by my friend Claire and alot of work has gone into this by friends and family chipping in. The menu changes daily to suit my mood, and also to go with seasonal produce.
