Canapés and Bowl food.... Mood = Party season

Recently there has been little time to scratch my head. I have a lovely new project on the way lots of catering jobs and most fun to do, writing this blog. The other week i had two lovely jobs for great clients and i am going to showcase some of the options they chose for their parties. So not much writing, but more looking......

On the menu was:

Salmon tartare canapé
Rare roast beef With truffle canapé
Steak tartare canapé
Spicy Asian Crab balls
Sesame seared Tuna on Moulis
Roast beef with garlic crushed potatoes and Jus
Grilled Halibut with wild greens in a mussel broth
Black cod with miso sauce and Jasmin rice
24 hour cooked lamb with cous cous and red wine jus
Banoffee tarts
Cake pops
Chocolate cake

I'm really interested in the recipe for the banofee tarts. I love banofee pie and I think this little dessert will be a hit at my house. DELICIOUS.
